Real Cider Apples:
Traditional hard cider apples are not always good to "eat in hand."  They are bitter, sharp, dry and tannic. Also they make great hard cider. 

Available now are two offerings:
First Light-- made exclusively with Honeycrisp apples and Orchard Blend-- a blend of several varieties of our apples.  Both are fermented to dry and bottle conditioned for a touch of fizz.
